Welcome Back!

In 2020, I created My Happier Mind. It was the pandemic. The world was suffering and fragile. Words poured out of me, urgent and endless. I made reels, wrote blogs, and created 71 tips for a happier mind. It was all I could do to try to ease the pain… and I did it with vigor.

Towards the end of 2023, many of us seemed to have regained our footing. The constant whistle sound of scrambling seemed to subside. I eased up and exhaled. My shoulders unclenched. I joined a funk ensemble and started having fun. I saw my kids thrive on their own without me. My hubby and I dug into our new lives.

But stability has a way of becoming unstable. What was up is now upended. The world is tilty again. I’m so sorry for that. I’m sorry for all the suffering that is going on.

The words are pouring out of me again. So I put them here, revitalizing the My Happier Mind blog. They are what I have to give.

I do believe that if everyone contributes what they can, what they have, in their own sustainable way, we will make the world shinier, happier, kinder.
